Hospitality Health ER

Hospitality Health ER is seeking a Part-Time Web Manager to oversee and maintain our website presence and support ongoing digital updates across the organization.

This is not an IT helpdesk role. We are looking for someone who understands how a website functions as a business and patient-facing tool and can keep it accurate, updated, and aligned with our brand and operational needs.

This role requires approximately 1015 flexible hours per week and includes limited on-site presence in Galveston, with the majority of work performed independently.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day management of the Hospitality Health ER website
  • Make routine content updates, including pages, copy, links, forms, and announcements
  • Ensure website accuracy related to hours, services, providers, and locations
  • Coordinate updates tied to marketing initiatives, hiring needs, and operational changes
  • Monitor site performance, functionality, and basic SEO health
  • Manage vendors or escalate technical issues when advanced development support is needed
  • Maintain consistency in layout, tone, and overall user experience
  • Serve as the point person for internal website-related requests and questions
What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in a healthcare environment

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and effective website updates

  • Comfort working independently and managing priorities with minimal oversight

  • Clear communication and responsiveness

  • Experience in healthcare, marketing, or service-based organizations is a plus

Role Details
  • Location: Galveston, TX (on-site required one day per week)

  • Schedule: 10-15 hours/week; flexible part-time

  • Ideal For: Someone looking for a part-time role, a flexible freelance setup, or a semi-retired tech looking to stay involved
