Job description

We are looking for a Web Content Manager to support a contract opportunity within the financial services industry in Greenville, South Carolina. This role will focus on organizing, refining, and publishing intranet content while helping create a clear and consistent digital experience for internal audiences. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with content management systems, web publishing, and content governance, along with the ability to balance accuracy, usability, and brand alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Transfer and restructure existing materials from SharePoint into the LumApps intranet environment with a focus on accuracy and accessibility.
• Improve legacy content by editing, organizing, and streamlining information to enhance clarity and user experience.
• Create and format intranet pages in LumApps using approved layouts, design standards, and publishing guidelines.
• Manage the ongoing posting, updating, and maintenance of digital content across internal web channels.
• Evaluate current pages and documents to confirm consistency, usability, and content quality across the intranet.
• Apply brand standards, content templates, and editorial expectations to maintain a cohesive internal communications presence.
• Develop occasional visual support items such as banners, simple graphics, and communication materials when needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure web content is current, well-structured, and aligned with business needs.• Experience managing website or intranet content within a content management system.
• Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint and content migration activities in a detail-focused environment.
• Ability to write, edit, and format web content for clarity, consistency, and audience engagement.
