Job description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Web Content Processor to keep our website up to date with the latest fashion content and utilize a reputation management platform to enhance our customer experience and ensure accurate information about our store locations. This role involves writing optimized product descriptions, using Google Suite tools to enhance SEO, analyzing reports, tracking campaigns, crafting fashion blog content that aligns with our brand voice and contribute to promotional email campaigns.

You will work closely with leadership and the visual content coordinator to create landing pages, develop content, ensure that products are on our website ready to be promoted in a timely manner, assist in providing text based content for social media platforms and promotional email campaigns, engaging our target audience effectively. Prior experience in managing web content is essential, and excellent grammar and writing skills are required for this position.

  • Strong writing skills and intermediate knowledge of SEO to effectively manage the website.
  • Experience with Google Suite tools to analyze website traffic, highlight trends and enhance SEO.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize social media performance and monitor analytics
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Two years of experience in web content management (preferred).
    • Experience managing web content for an e-commerce platform a major plus!
  • GA4 Certification (preferred).

  • Responsibilities:

  • Upload new products with SEO optimized titles, descriptions and alt text to ensure our website's merchandise is up to date
  • Collaborate with the team on social media posts by writing captions through Hootsuite or directly on the platform.
  • Write a fashion blog on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, maintaining a voice that is consistent with our brand.
  • Utilize a third-party reputation management system to keep store location information accurate across various online platforms and respond to customer reviews and questions.
  • Report on web analytics performance and work with the team to strategize future campaign initiatives.
  • Contribute to team efforts and special projects by achieving related results as needed.
  • Requirements:
