How you will create an impact:
  • Website strategy & roadmap: Translate defined technical requirements and business needs into sound, performant technical solutions. Contribute to platform enhancements, technical debt reduction, and innovation initiatives. Improve and maintain the technical quality, performance, and scalability of the website platform.
  • User experience: Implement website updates and page builds in alignment with UX/UI designs, content structures, and agreed WCAG and accessibility standards. Improve templates and components to enhance consistency and performance in line with UX/UI intent and guidelines Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency across code bases, pages and user journeys.
  • Platforms, systems & technology: Develop and maintain custom modules, components, and integrations to extend website functionality. Improve Drupal CMS configurations, site architecture elements, and multilingual setup. Ensure and enhance performance and scalability. Diagnose and resolve technical defects, bugs, and performance issues independently. Support integration and implementation of analytics and martech tools. Contribute to testing and monitoring practices to ensure system stability and maintainability. Maintain and update website documentation for developed features. Implement and improve technical solutions in line with accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-device standards.
  • Content strategy & SEO Governance: Collaborate with content teams to support technical solutions aligned with content strategy, SEO, and discoverability. Implement and improve technical SEO and GEO foundations and content architecture (e.g. templates, metadata, indexing) to enhance discoverability. Implement technical SEO and GEO and content architecture solutions that support multilingual content and localization requirements.
  • Security, privacy & governance: Comply with website security protocols and data protection regulations, and ensure technical solutions reflect privacy, accessibility, and data protection requirements.
  • Data, analytics & performance: Implement and maintain analytics and tracking tools to ensure accurate and reliable data collection. Optimize technical performance, site speed, and SEO and GEO foundations in support of experience and conversion goals. Support experimentation and optimization initiatives through reliable technical implementation.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior colleagues to ensure technical solutions support UX/UI goals, design intent, performance, and maintainability. Mentor and support Level 1-2 developers. Participate in technical reviews and incorporate feedback. Present technical solutions clearly and confidently within project and stakeholder discussion. Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and technical stakeholders. Manage development projects, align timelines, SLAs, and facilitate delivery by deadline. Collaborate with external development resources, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
Your profile:
  • 3+ years of Drupal programming experience (ideally using paragraphs).
  • Up to date with the latest web technologies, industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Experience with integrating open- source and third-party applications into existing systems.
  • Experience with using Git with development and Lando,
  • Programming skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Twig.
  • Experience working with global and multilingual websites and geographically dispersed teams,
  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills; able to process complex information with a creative, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven; strong self-management, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Collaborative and stakeholder-oriented: clear communicator, confident in presenting technical solutions.
  • Comfortable with digital and marketing tools and data analysis; understanding of data protection and compliance; solid project management and business awareness.
  • Combine attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture- and you deliver, even under pressure.
