Job description

Under the direction of the Digital Manager, the Digital Content & Project Specialist is responsible for the primary ownership, management and execution of Foxwoods.com and app content, including programming, publishing and maintaining accuracy across all digital touchpoints.

This role serves as the day-to-day owner of web and app content, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, business priorities and guest experience. The Specialist exercises independent judgment in content prioritization, publishing decisions and content accuracy, directly impacting revenue-driving channels including hotel, dining, gaming and entertainment.

Secondarily, this position supports digital signage execution and creative project workflow coordination, serving as a liaison between business units, creative teams and agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives.

This position manages multiple concurrent priorities and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, consistency and performance of Foxwoods digital ecosystem.

Bachelor degree in marketing, broadcast communications, or other associated field or (3) years of related work experience is required. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred. Must have a complete understanding of digital video and image file standards, content management systems, all content file formats, and be able to resolve incompatibilities quickly and effectively. Understanding of HTML and XML preferred. Candidate must possess a complete understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office. Energetic and outgoing candidates preferred. Very strong customer service orientation. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, possess excellent communication and people skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, must be able to work in a fast-paced and a team-oriented, collaborative environment and be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. This is not a remote position.
