Job description

The Senior Digital Marketing Data Analyst will play a critical role in advancing measurement strategy and performance insights for Amfam.com and related digital experiences. You will be responsible for leveraging web analytics (primarily Google Analytics/GA4) and e-commerce performance data to inform decision-making, optimize customer journeys, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will leverage your analytical skills, digital measurement expertise, and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion, engagement, and overall digital performance. You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110

Position Compensation Range:

$80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Google Analytics (GA4), including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • You will analyze digital performance across key metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and policy acquisition journeys.
  • You will collaborate with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
  • You will own and optimize the measurement framework for Amfam.com, ensuring accurate tracking of user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketing performance.
  • You will ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explain performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, IT, data engineering, and leadership teams to communicate performance.
  • You will develop, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
  • You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.


Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Proven experience managing web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Content Square, Adobe Analytics), including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data integrity across multiple analytics tools and digital properties.
  • Previous experience using web and digital analytics to evaluate online sales performance and inform revenue-driving optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product management.
  • Tableau experience
  • Travel requirements up to 10%.
