Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support during critical installations of digital signage equipment, including displays, media players, mounting hardware, and networking components, ensuring adherence to project specifications and installation.
Escalate complex issues to engineering or product support, documenting resolution steps for future reference..
Assess installer competency through practical demonstrations and provide ongoing coaching to reinforce best practices.
Collaborate with sourcing to identify and implement online portals and tools that automate the training and certification process, enabling real-time access to training modules and tracking completion and rates.
Develop and maintain a centralized training repository with on-demand content for installers, accessible via online platforms.
Analyze training completion rates, certification outcomes, and installer feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Identify opportunities to streamline the training process, reduce onboarding time, and enhance field readiness.
Update training materials and manuals to reflect new products, procedures, and industry standards.
Conduct pre-installation site surveys to evaluate site readiness, verify infrastructure requirements, and identify potential installation challenges.
Communicate findings to Deployment Support, Deployment and project teams and recommend necessary adjustments to mitigate risks during installation.
Perform post-installation site audits to assess installation quality, verify equipment functionality, and ensure compliance with established standards.
Document findings, provide corrective actions, and follow up to confirm resolution of identified issues.
Implement a standardized audit checklist to drive consistency across all installation sites. guidelines.
Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive installation documentation, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, and configuration instructions.
Capture field insights and incorporate lessons learned into training materials and documentation updates.
Gather feedback from installers and field technicians to identify common challenges and potential areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and product development to integrate new digital signage products into field installation processes.

Qualifications
Associate degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in field installation, preferably in digital signage, AV systems, or IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, wiring schematics, and equipment specifications.
Willingness to travel to various installation sites as needed, including overnight install.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in MS Office tools is highly preferred. 
$70,400 - $80,000 a year

Full Salary Range: $70,400/year (minimum), $75,200/year (midpoint), $80,000/ (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
