Job Description
LG Electronics' Information Display Division is seeking a Technical Product & Solutions Manager - Networks & Security to join our rapidly growing Software Solutions business at our office in Lincolnshire, IL. This is an in-office position (5 days/week).

The Technical Product & Solutions Manager - Networks & Security will serve as LG's subject matter expert for enterprise networking, network administration, and information security as they relate to the deployment and integration of LG's digital signage hardware and cloud-based Remote Monitoring & Management (RMS) and Content Management System (CMS) software in Enterprise, Operational Technology (OT), Retail, Healthcare, Transportation, and Government environments.

This is not an internal IT position administering LG's internal infrastructure. Instead, you will represent LG while working directly with customers' IT, network engineering, network administration, and information security teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, security, and ongoing operation of LG commercial display solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with deep hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network administration, cybersecurity, customer-facing technical consulting, and solution architecture.

Principal Responsibilities
Lead the networking and security integration of LG software solutions with customer IT and network infrastructure.
Act as the primary networking and cybersecurity subject matter expert for enterprise customers, system integrators, and internal teams.
Work directly with customer network administrators and network engineering teams to design, validate, and troubleshoot connectivity for LG digital signage deployments.
Recommend cybersecurity best practices, network architecture standards, and security policies for customers deploying LG digital signage solutions.
Author system and software requirements specifications related to networking, authentication, encryption, security, and compliance for Product Planning and R&D teams.
Assist customers in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving networking, communication, authentication, and security issues in production environments.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, multicast traffic, and cloud connectivity.
Maintain, administer, troubleshoot, and continuously improve LG's local lab and demonstration network environments, including switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls used for product validation, interoperability testing, proof-of-concept activities, customer demonstrations, and engineering development.
Design, implement, and document lab network architectures that accurately emulate customer enterprise environments to support testing, troubleshooting, security validation, and product development initiatives.
Evaluate and deploy new networking and security technologies within the lab environment to support next-generation LG software and hardware solutions.
Support customer security reviews, risk assessments, architecture reviews, and vendor security questionnaires.
Strengthen LG's software business competitiveness through discovery of new technologies, proof-of-concept initiatives, and evaluation of emerging networking and cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, and R&D to develop next-generation secure software solutions that align with evolving industry networking and security standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives, technical environments, and operational challenges.
Generate proposals, presentations, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials that effectively communicate LG's networking and security capabilities and value proposition.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure successful onboarding, deployment, and long-term customer success.
Perform SWOT analysis of LG commercial display products and cloud SaaS solutions with respect to networking, security, device management, and enterprise integration capabilities.
Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, OT, and IoT environments.
Support customer onboarding, product demonstrations, technical training sessions, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, network engineering, network architecture, network operations, or enterprise cybersecurity.
Demonstrated experience designing, administering, troubleshooting, and securing enterprise network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience administering enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network monitoring solutions.
Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting test, development, or lab network environments used for validation, demonstrations, or engineering purposes.
Direct experience with IAM, PKI, SSO, EDR/XDR, Authentication, Encryption, Certificate Management, MDM, or Device Provisioning.
In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing and Switching, Multicast Networking, Wi-Fi Technologies, Firewalls, VPN Technologies, RESTful APIs, and Network Monitoring.

Experience administering or supporting enterprise networking platforms from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, or equivalent.
Strong network troubleshooting skills including packet capture and protocol analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, or equivalent.
Ability to debug complex networking, communication, authentication, and cloud connectivity issues across distributed environments.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications
Industrial OT and IoT cybersecurity experience.
SaaS, PaaS, cloud infrastructure, and data orchestration experience.
Experience supporting large-scale endpoint deployments and device management platforms.
Experience with Zero Trust architectures and modern enterprise security frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent.
Product management experience supporting enterprise software, cloud platforms, networking products, or cybersecurity solutions.
