Job description

Job Summary
The purpose of the Onsite Maintenance Technician position is to provide technical expertise and client liaison for the digital signage solution. The individual will have overall responsibility for digital signage projects and will act as liaison between the Client Stakeholders, internal teams, and supplier, when necessary. They will escalate issues, as appropriate, to the Client Stakeholder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Security and governance participation which includes cyber risk assessments and enterprise network compatibility
  • Maintain service/system/process documentation including KB articles, runbooks, and SharePoint content
  • Own preventative maintenance, security patching, and endpoint administration across the digital signage fleet, ensuring stable, compliant, and audit-ready operations.
  • Work with the client content owners to design specific look for their digital signage displays
  • Maintain information on digital signage request form and intranet web pages for accuracy
  • Ability to work with creative personnel to provide technical specifications and feedback on content strategies and testing
  • Provide client training as well as operational support training, as needed
  • Act as the customer liaison for new system requests and provide to Client Stakeholder
  • Technical lead for field testing and troubleshooting by providing remote support as necessary
  • Provides digital signage technology innovation and capability through modern API integrations and forward-looking platform development

Education and/or Experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Industry and technical training preferred
  • Background with digital signage systems a plus
