Drive company strategy, align teams, and deliver on multiple complex Digital programs
Essential Functions
-Develop program goals, objectives, approach, and scope through negotiation and diplomacy that result in a well-defined, well-sponsored project.
-Develop workplans and timelines to meet program goals.
-Negotiate and acquire the enterprise-wide resources necessary to appropriately implement the project.
-Contribute to development of Digital/IT solutions that align with Digital standards and strategic directions.
-Lead technical design and architecture discussions, and oversee technical requirements and specifications.
-Act as liaison between technical and non-technical departments, facilitating cross-team collaboration and understanding.
-Manage programs within the context of the larger environment including competing priorities, staffing levels, and budgetary concerns.
