You will work with various stakeholder groups including process owners, programs owners, and product owners to streamline the experience of them navigating portfolio capabilities so that they can make the best decision, faster. You will conduct interview, workshops, journey mapping sessions, and test assumptions and iterations on how the products can be designed to better suit the outcome targeted.

  • Transformation KPI management: You will iterate on the development of a transformation KPI dashboard and reporting structure that can help users make the best decisions about changes or enhancements they need to make in their program plan, to deliver on the right outcomes. Bringing the right insight to various levels of stakeholders will be key to drive an understanding of the current state and where we navigate to next.

  • Portfolio insight generation: You will drive actionability off insight by advising on trends, issues and risks that need to be investigated. You will help drive solutions on how to navigate next steps best with the right support structures for endorsement.
