Job description
Shape the future of banking at Manulife with your Cloud/DevOps expertise. Leverage your skills in Azure, Kubernetes, and DevOps to optimize cloud-native solutions in a hybrid work setting.
As a Cloud/DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in Manulife's banking technology initiatives. You’ll design and support Azure infrastructure, collaborate with product partners and engineers, and improve CI/CD pipelines. This position requires a strong background in platform engineering and continuous delivery practices to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Develop automated deployment workflows and release processes
• Troubleshoot platform incidents across Kubernetes clusters
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software or cloud engineering
• Proficiency with Azure and Kubernetes environments
• Strong knowledge of Terraform for automation
• Experience in CI/CD practices and GitOps
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
