PositionResponsibilities:

  • You are a vital member of our employee channel phone-based team focused onprovidingpoint-in-time advice to ourexistingIRA customers, referrals from other service centers and then helping these customer's make good decisions about their retirement assets.

  • You are part of our team of financialadvisorsprimarily responding to inbound calls, but also youwill contactclientstoprovide periodic accountand investmentreviews,follow up on leads toacquirenew clientsand uncover opportunities todeepen existingrelationships.

  • Your advice involvesunderstandingthe customer's currentinvestment and personalsituationto recommend retirement strategiesandinvestmentproductrecommendations thatmight be the best fit for their uniqueneeds.

  • You will engage clients in discussions about their retirement goals and objectives, and produce financial plans that include projections to help them visualize their future.

RequiredQualifications:

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 and 65. FINRA. State Insurance Licenses may berequiredas our product offering expands.


PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegreepreferred.

  • 5-7 + years of Financial Services experience, preferably in phone and/or sales roles

  • CRPC designation a plus.

Salary range is expected to be between

$59,000.00 USD - $98,300.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
