Serves as the enterprise execution leader for the Data & Digital organization. Ensures that executive strategy translates into measurable business outcomes by driving governance, alignment, and delivery across the highest-priority initiatives. Operating as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, the AVP provides structure to ambiguity, establishes execution discipline across the portfolio, and ensures enterprise initiatives progress from decision to durable results.

Leads without formal authority, influences across functions, and holds initiatives accountable to outcomes and enterprise impact. Role Responsibilities: Enterprise Portfolio Leadership Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio, maintaining a single, enterprise-wide view of priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risk. Establish and maintain governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments.

Ensure portfolio decisions reflect enterprise priorities, capacity constraints, and measurable impact. Strategy-to-Execution Leadership Translate executive direction into structured, outcome-driven execution plans with clear ownership, milestones, and performance measures. Lead end-to-end delivery of the organization's most critical, cross-functional initiatives.

Drive enterprise alignment by clarifying decision rights, roles, and accountability across business units. Executive Enablement & Decision Support Provide leadership with concise, high-signal views of initiative health, risk, and tradeoffs. Surface emerging execution gaps and systemic blockers before they impact outcomes.

Inform strategic tradeoffs through data-driven insights and scenario analysis. Operational Discipline & Performance Institutionalize execution rhythm, reporting standards, and portfolio review processes. Ensure initiatives are measured against outcomes and business impact, not activity.

Champion a culture of accountability, disciplined follow-through, and operational excellence. Requirements: 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action Excellent written and verbal communication Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations Background supporting large, enterprise transformations Comfort navigating informal influence networks Ability to challenge leaders constructively Key Skills: Strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen. Visionary Leadership: Ability to shape and communicate a clear vision that aligns teams with organizational goals and inspires action at all levels Influencing Without Authority: Demonstrated ability to guide and influence senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
