• Experience with AI-enabled Operations and Predictive Analytics
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with utility business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting Grid Modernization, Customer Experience, Asset Management, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Identify emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Automation, Advanced Analytics) that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program managers, project managers, architects, and technology leaders.
• Build a high-performing delivery organization focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce capability development.
