Job Description
The Digital Platform Strategist will support the execution and optimization of products within the AppcastOne suite to help drive measurable hiring outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment marketing and digital advertising, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for analyzing performance and solving marketing challenges. The role will work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Customer Success teams, Product, Sales, and Tech Solutions stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life.
Job Requirements
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across products and features within the AppcastOne platform, including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites.
  • Contribute to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products.
  • Management of remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives.
  • Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity.
  • Stay up to date on Product enhancements and emerging digital media trends; sharing learnings with the broader team.
  • Create internal process improvements and documentation as part of a growing media function.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools; experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of pixels, tags, and conversion tracking.
  • Curious and proactive: always looking for opportunities to improve performance and learn something new.
  • Detail-oriented: able to catch the small things that others might miss.
  • Team player: comfortable taking directions, asking questions, and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Strategic Digital marketing knowledge and knowledge on various digital marketing products across Programmatic Advertising, Meta, Google, Microsoft, and CTV.
  • Results-driven: caring about the impact your work has on real business outcomes.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B or recruitment marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Programmatic Advertising, or Remarketing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR technology is a plus but not required.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.

Fair Labor Standards Act Status
Salaried Non-Exempt: Personnel will earn their regular salary and be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a workweek.
Supervisory Responsibilities
