WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead designing, developing, and implementing a competitive HyundaiUSA.com platform across all devices that enable efforts by the Marketing Division to achieve brand awareness, consideration, qualified traffic, conversion, and efficiency objectives. 
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Develop, upgrade, perform general maintenance, and report on HyundaiUSA.com in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and improve day-to-day operations of HyundaiUSA.com.
  • Work with HyundaiUSA.com's Senior Group Manager, Digital Customer Experience, business stakeholders, in-house IT, and creative/technology partners to keep HyundaiUSA.com competitive.
  • Manage digital projects from conception to launch, ensuring marketing integration and timely implementation.
  • Manage the creative agency and IT partner company to execute web updates for HyundaiUSA.com, including vehicle model updates, shopping tools, information pages, and other online content, including video, imagery, and CG.
  • Integrate with cross-channel teams to maintain a consistent marketing strategy for Hyundai Motor America (HMA).
  • Develop and implement integrated and standalone digital programs with the agency of record.
  • Integrate and optimize mobile, tablet, desktop, and mobile apps into HMA's marketing strategy.
  • Adopt SEO best practices and manage their implementation.
  • Manage the implementation, reporting, analysis, and development of digital analytics.
  • Ensure high-quality production deliverables by designing and executing rigorous testing procedures.
  • Exercise independent judgement to develop and administer detailed project plans.
  • Ensure that production budgets and timelines are met.
  • Manage and communicate priorities for all open and ongoing projects and enhancements.
  • Use advanced knowledge for the preparation and presentation of Executive PowerPoint briefings.
  • Continually improve processes to eliminate or reduce content errors and provide routine status updates.
  • Promote infrastructure improvements, program enhancements, budget reporting, customer interaction tools, and electrification initiatives.
  • Holds manager-level authority as defined by HMA HR/Finance policy.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • Six or more years of experience in planning or business operations in automotive or other consumer-facing industries with a detailed understanding of the web marketing function.
  • Enterprise-level customer-facing website management experience.
  • Multiple vendor and agency management experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce/online shopping, digital strategy, SEO, and CMS (Content Management System) preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail; master at multi-tasking.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of web architectures and technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix production errors in short timeframes under pressure.
  • Capability to apply common development methodologies and project management techniques.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify/quantify business opportunity as it applies to technology.
  • PMP Certification a plus.
  • Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to create and present executive-facing presentations and other materials.
  • Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $91,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
