This role will establish a cohesive approach to content creation, strengthen always-on communication, and partner cross-functionally to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, compliant, and impactful for key audiences.This role reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Innovation within the U.S. Marketing department.You will be responsible for:A UI/UX Design crafting digital products by balancing function with aesthetic appeal. They conduct user research, map user flows, and build wireframes, while also designing the final layouts, typography, and visual components. The end goal is to ensure products are marketed in a highly intuitive, accessible, and impactful way.Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required,MBA preferred.

  • Experience in media leadership across digital-first ecosystems (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, commerce media), with full-funnel accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead measurement frameworks that connect media to business outcomes.
  • Strong experience managing agencies and complex partner ecosystems.
  • Deep analytics orientation: comfortable with attribution concepts, measurement design, and KPI frameworks; able to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred.
  • Up to 25% business travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
