  • Help establish scalable operating models, governance approaches, and implementation best practices for enterprise AI adoption
  • Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in fast-paced client environments

Measure Impact & Optimize
  • Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI-enabled solutions
  • Analyze user feedback, workflow outputs, and operational metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and user experience
  • Refine prompts, workflows, and operating processes to improve reliability and business outcomes
  • Support the development of repeatable playbooks and scalable delivery approaches

Enable Adoption & Change
  • Help organizations adopt new AI-enabled ways of working through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Educate business teams on how to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools and solutions
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support scalable adoption
  • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to support responsible AI implementation

Qualifications
  • 2-7 years of experience in management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree required
