Job Title:  Director of Delivery – Retail Digital Transformation | Enterprise Data Programs

Qualification:

As a Director of Delivery – Complex Digital Transformation (Retail), you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of a high-profile retail digital transformation account. You will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs, manage a multi-million-dollar P&L, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and drive complex modernization initiatives across retail, data, and digital platforms. The role requires a hands-on delivery leader with extensive experience in retail transformation, enterprise data platforms, Databricks engineering management, business dashboards, offshore delivery leadership, and commercial account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive-level client relationships and serve as the trusted delivery partner for VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale retail digital transformation and modernization programs.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar P&L, revenue forecasting, margins, utilization, and financial performance.
  • Drive enterprise data modernization, data governance initiatives, and Databricks-based engineering programs.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of business dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics platforms.
  • Oversee complex cross-functional programs, managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead large global onshore and offshore delivery teams (100+ FTEs) across multiple time zones.
  • Partner with sales and client services to identify new business opportunities and expand strategic accounts.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery organizations focused on operational excellence.
  • Drive Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and successful execution of enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Resolve complex delivery, technical, and operational challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
