Job description

Job Title: Assistant Site Merchant Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Overview
The Freelance Assistant Site Merchant supports accurate, timely, and customer-ready execution across digital experiences. This role works with the digital merchandising team to align on linking for webset, email, and social, in addition to supporting end-to-end QA of all touchpoints. They will support all product launches with thorough and accurate documentation, manage Mexico and other international site needs and provide critical execution and validation support throughout the Product Information Management (PIM) migration. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities
• Support accurate, timely, and customer-ready execution across digital experiences
• Collaborate with the digital merchandising team to coordinate linking for webset, email, and social media.
• Conduct end-to-end QA of all touchpoints, including product launches, site updates, and promotional content.
• Document and prioritize defects, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and maintain QA checklists.
• Manage and maintain accurate product, collection, and destination links for traffic sources including email, social, and websets.
• Coordinate with Email and Social teams to verify assets, landing pages, inventory, and launch timing.
• Create, update, and QA site navigation documents for seasonal launches, category updates, and site refreshes.
• Support site execution and QA for Mexico and other international markets with localized navigation, product assortment, and promotions.
• Assist with testing and validation activities during PIM migration, including data comparison and defect documentation.
• Provide operational support for seasonal launches, site refreshes, and marketing moments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or related areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective cross-team coordination.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, PIM, product setup, navigation, or campaign linking is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support occasional off-hours production and critical site needs.
