  • Partner with LAC marketing teams to enhance digital media effectiveness, CRM strategy, and loyalty program performance.
  • Optimize loyalty platform engagement, digital campaign execution, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Leverage first-party customer data to deepen engagement, increase retention, and grow lifetime value.
  • Champion privacy-first data practices and ensure compliance with LAC data regulations across all CRM initiatives.
  • Own regional digital product roadmaps in alignment with global platforms and architecture standards.
  • Advocate for LAC market needs - localization, scalability, connectivity constraints, payment diversity - within global product development processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and platform partners.
  • Champion a data-driven culture across the LAC digital organization.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks that connect digital activity to business outcomes.
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams to surface actionable insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Drive capabilities in customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling.
  • Lead the strategic direction, partner management, and performance optimization of the 3PD ecosystem across LAC.
  • Improve delivery economics, customer experience, and operational reliability in partnership with Operations.
  • Negotiate and manage aggregator and last-mile delivery partnerships at a regional level.
  • Integrate 3PD initiatives into the broader digital innovation roadmap to ensure channel coherence and margin health.
