This role develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate qualified inquiries, strengthen brand perception, and advance institutional objectives. The core job functions include overseeing digital advertising, email, text messaging, websites, customer portals, and data analytics.Operating as a shared service for the entire school, the Marketing & Communications team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Admissions, Athletics, Fine Arts, Community Engagement, Development, and more.This position combines strategic marketing leadership, technical website oversight, digital innovation, and marketing technology management. The successful candidate will leverage analytics, emerging technologies, and customer insights to improve performance, optimize user experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.This role commitment to excellence, innovation, and measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy· Serve as CHCA's lead digital marketing strategist, ensuring digital efforts support community engagement goals and revenue streams including enrollment, retention, and fundraising.· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align messaging, content, advertising, digital channels, events, and audience engagement.· Partner with institutional leaders to identify growth opportunities and translate organizational priorities into measurable marketing objectives, audience strategies, and execution plans.· Lead initiatives related to audience growth, customer experience, digital transformation, and marketing technology innovation.Lead Generation & Audience Growth· Own CHCA's digital lead generation strategy, creating campaigns and customer journeys that increase inquiries, registrations, applications, enrollment opportunities, donor engagement, and community participation.· Design, manage, and optimize marketing funnels that move prospective families from awareness through enrollment.· Establish lead generation goals, conversion benchmarks, and performance metrics aligned with institutional objectives.· Collaborate with Admissions and other departments to improve lead quality, prospect nurturing, and conversion throughout the customer journey.· Optimize landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and user experiences to maximize engagement and conversion.Digital Marketing & Campaign Management· Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels.· Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, digital advertising, website marketing, and audience engagement initiatives.· Develop nurture strategies that support enrollment, fundraising, event participation, and community engagement goals.· Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize performance and return on investment.Social Media Strategy· Partner with the Content Strategy & Communications Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen CHCA's brand, engagement, and reputation.· Monitor platform performance, audience growth, engagement trends, and emerging best practices.· Support content publishing, community engagement, and digital storytelling efforts as needed.Email Marketing, CRM & Marketing Technology· Develop, deploy, and optimize email, text messaging, and automated communication campaigns.· Partner with Marketing & Communications, CRM administrators, and Data Services teams to improve audience segmentation, reporting, automation, and lead management processes.· Leverage marketing technology platforms to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and audience engagement.Website Strategy & Digital Experience· Serve as product owner and administrator for CHCA's website ecosystem, ensuring the website serves as a primary platform for communication, engagement, and lead generation.· Manage website architecture, user experience, content strategy, accessibility, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization.· Maintain website content and functionality using CMS platforms and web technologies, including WordPress, Elementor, Gravity Forms, and The Events Calendar.· Partner with external developers and vendors to manage enhancements, integrations, technical improvements, and website projects.· Develop wireframes, requirements, content structures, and project documentation for new website initiatives.· Oversee website and portal calendars and manage parent, incoming parent, and student portals within the Marketing & Communications area.Analytics, Reporting & Optimization· Work with leadership to establish KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analyses across digital marketing and website initiatives.· Measure campaign effectiveness, attribution, website engagement, audience behavior, and conversion performance.· Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and organizational outcomes.· Foster a culture of testing, measurement, continuous improvement, and accountability.· Develop and maintain dashboards that aggregate marketing, admissions, enrollment, and engagement data.Digital Innovation· Identify and implement technologies, automations, and workflows that improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, personalization, and content development.· Evaluate emerging trends in artificial intelligence, analytics, marketing technology, and customer engagement platforms, recommending solutions that create strategic advantages for CHCA.Additional Responsibilities· Create marketing content efforts and is responsible for managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, website development partners, and technology providers.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy- Demonstrated experience driving lead generation, audience growth, engagement, and conversion outcomes- Minimum of 2 years of website administration and content management experience, preferably with WordPress- Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management best practices; familiarity with JavaScript required and PHP preferred- Experience with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing, and email marketing- Experience with Google Analytics, Google
