Required Qualifications: * Experience:ย At least 7 years ofย data engineering experience and a proven track record of helping organizations implement BI programs. * Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Power BI. * Federal Standards: Experience and understanding of U.S. Federal government computing standards and regulations. * Data Profiling: Expertise in analyzing discrepancies between current data landscapes and target BI needs (Gap Analysis). * Security Compliance: Ability to implement data minimization and encryption (at rest and in transit) in alignment with NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5. Desired Skills: * Familiarity with Oracle Financial Services software and Archibus (Integrated Facilities Management System). * Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or similar Large Language AI tools to assist in data development. * Familiarity with international data standards, including GDPR.
