Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Sr. Program Manager of Digital Adoption & Change Management leads enterprise initiatives that accelerate technology adoption, drive measurable business outcomes, and maximize the value of IT investments across the organization. Operating within the OCIO, this role partners with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and AI transformation teams to establish adoption strategies, value realization frameworks, AI governance practices, and business impact measurements that support the organization’s objectives. The role serves as a critical connector between AI technology delivery and business outcomes, ensuring that emerging AI technologies translate into tangible productivity, efficiency, and operational improvements.

Key Areas of Ownership:
  • Digital Adoption & Change Leadership: Lead adoption strategies for AI.
  • Build and scale digital champion communities.
  • Drive organizational readiness for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with AI teams, communications, and training organizations to remove barriers to adoption.
  • AI Value Realization & Business Impact: Define and manage value realization frameworks for IT AI investments.
  • Establish KPIs and executive scorecards focused on AI adoption, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Conduct benefit realization reviews and post-implementation assessments.
  • Provide executive insights on realized versus expected business value.
  • AI Governance & Digital Economics: Support governance frameworks for AI and digital platforms.
  • Partner with FinOps and infrastructure organizations to improve transparency and consumption management.
  • Promote responsible and cost-effective use of AI technologies and cloud services.
  • Executive Communications & Enablement: Enable data-driven decision making by providing leadership with clear insights into AI adoption, business value, and operational impact.
  • Communicate transformation progress, adoption trends, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate enterprise enablement initiatives.
  • Support CIO staff communications and AI strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) years of proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, Business Operations, Change Management, or related fields
  • Confirmed experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing collaborators across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital workplace technologies, cloud platforms, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience defining and tracking AI business value, adoption metrics, KPIs, ROI, and value realization frameworks.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, cost governance, and technology consumption management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven outcomes.
