What We're Looking For:
Product Manager- Digital Experience Intelligence & Platforms
Digital Experience Intelligence is changing how leading organizations understand their users. The opportunity is no longer simply to ask users whether they are satisfied-it is to continuously understand what they experience, where they encounter friction, what they value, and whether digital is helping them succeed.
We're re-igniting digital as a growth engine-creating simpler, smarter, and more personalized experiences that help Amway ABOs build, manage, and grow their businesses.
As the Product Manager, Digital Experience Intelligence & Platforms, you'll help build and lead a modern approach to understanding the effectiveness and value of our global digital experiences. Moving beyond traditional surveys and satisfaction scores, you'll help create an always-on Digital Experience Intelligence capability that combines contextual user feedback, digital behavior, experience signals, and emerging AI capabilities.
You'll serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day capability lead for the platforms that power digital listening and experience measurement-including Qualtrics and emerging experience intelligence technologies. Working across Product Management, UX, Technology, Data & Analytics, AI, Global Sales & Marketing, and global markets, you'll establish the tools, standards, and capabilities that enable our teams to better understand digital experiences and continuously improve them.
This is an opportunity to help build a new enterprise capability at the intersection of digital experience, product, technology, data, and AI-and shape how we measure whether digital is truly creating value and driving growth. In this role, you'll help build the ecosystem that makes that possible.
You'll help move us from periodic surveys to continuous listening, from satisfaction scores to experience intelligence, and from measuring digital activity to understanding digital value-giving our Product teams the capabilities they need to make better decisions and helping make digital an even stronger driver of ABO and Amway growth.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Information Systems, Analytics, UX/Research, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital experience, product operations, digital product management, Voice of Customer/User, experience technology, digital analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with digital experience, product analytics, customer feedback, or digital adoption platforms.
  • Understanding of modern digital experience measurement, customer journey measurement, and Voice of Customer/User practices.
  • Ability to translate business and user needs into platform capabilities and technology requirements.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Skills to be Successful in the role (Preferred):
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Pendo, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience administering, configuring, implementing, or governing enterprise SaaS platforms and knowledge of in-product feedback, product analytics, digital adoption, session replay, journey analytics, behavioral segmentation, or product instrumentation.
  • Experience with AI-enabled experience analysis, sentiment analysis, or qualitative feedback technologies.
  • Experience developing standards, governance, playbooks, or measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working within Agile digital product teams or supporting globally deployed digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of direct selling or the ABO lifecycle is a plus.
