Join our team as a DevOps Engineer!
This is a fixed hybrid role on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain MN.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our expanding team. This position will work closely with IT, development, as well as other technology stakeholders to maintain, develop, and support our growing internal and external business applications at Protolabs.
What You'll Do
  • Part of a team responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of version control systems, build tools, and continuous integration tools
  • Work closely with development teams to support applications and promote Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
  • Continuously identify ways to improve deployment reliability and reduce the level of manual intervention required
  • Design and implement high-availability solutions, including load balancer configurations
  • Participate in 24/7 support coverage for your area of responsibility, including occasional after-hours work and on-call duties.

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing servers in an enterprise environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting code releases for highly available applications
  • 1+ year of experience supporting server configuration management tools
  • 1+ year of experience supporting highly available applications
  • Strong ability to identify manual processes and automate them to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability

$87,400 - $131,000 a year
