We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Development Project Coordinator IV to support a Financial Systems leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects on track, and excels at executive support, communications, and presentation development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple Financial Systems initiatives by tracking project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project trackers and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document decisions, and track action items.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, project reviews, and team working sessions.
  • Manage complex calendars for multiple leaders, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
