A growing organization in the aerospace and defense industry is seeking a motivated Supplier Development Engineer to support supplier performance, quality, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career engineer who is eager to develop expertise in supplier management, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.

The position involves working closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on role with strong opportunities for professional growth and technical development.

Responsibilities
  • Support supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met

  • Assist in resolving supplier technical and manufacturing issues

  • Identify and help qualify new suppliers for hard-to-source components

  • Analyze supplier processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Participate in PFMEA, risk assessments, and corrective action efforts
