Role Overview: As the Alliance and Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the VP of Global Sales in expanding our market presence through strategic collaborations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our partnership model by assisting with partner identification, recruitment, management, and various other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Identification and Recruitment:
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential partners aligned with RxLogix's vision.
  • Support categorization of partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities.
  • Help engage potential partners, communicate our value proposition, and assist in negotiating beneficial collaboration terms.

Program Development:
  • Assist in designing customized partnership programs for each partner category.
  • Support the definition of partner incentives, commissions, and additional benefits.
  • Help draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Onboarding and Enablement:
  • Develop and update comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners.
  • Ensure partners understand the features and benefits of our pharmacovigilance software.
  • Equip partners with relevant sales collateral and tools.

Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales, and address challenges in collaboration with the VP.

Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Support positioning RxLogix as a thought leader in pharmacovigilance through partner channels.

Qualifications:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
