Classroom Assistant & Front Office Support
This is an alternating shift position. The selected candidate must be available to work both opening and closing shifts on a rotating basis. Flexibility with scheduling is essential. Must be available to work between hours of 6:00 am-6:30 pm.
Position Overview

The Goddard School of Sienna is seeking a dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Classroom Assistant & Front Office Support team member. This role primarily supports classrooms while assisting with front-office, transportation, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, enjoys working with children, and can adapt quickly to the changing needs of the school.
Classroom Support & Childcare

  • Provide classroom coverage and support teachers with daily routines, activities, transitions, and classroom management.
  • Maintain appropriate ratios and active supervision while providing nurturing, age-appropriate care.
  • Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, nap time, staff breaks, and classroom needs as directed.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and safe classrooms.
  • Assist with classroom preparation, materials, and supplies.
  • Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and childcare licensing requirements.
  • Adapt to different age groups and classroom needs while building positive relationships with children.
Assistant Director & Administrative Support
