Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Processes popcorn project list and mailing labels (400 labels)
  • Handles the popcorn card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (400 cards)
  • Handles the ornament card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (2,800 cards)
  • Ships ornaments to donors (3,200 ornaments)
  • Research returns on popcorn and ornaments
  • Assist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments (3,500 cards)
  • Assists in ornament shipping
  • Fulfills and processes the happy holiday acknowledgement cards (average of 1,500 custom Christmas cards)
