Job description



Techstaff has an excellent opportunity for an Manufacturing Engineer Manager with experience in New Product Introduction.  Our client is growing, breaking into new markets and needs a solid technical leader to be part of their team!  This role is with be responsible for:
-Creating product specification and costing/quoting products.
- Creating new manufacturing processes
- Working with vendors to create new automation solutions.
- Developing and designing new tooling using Solidworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects

This position is critical to the companies future plans and will involve breaking into new markets and working with and leading cross-functional teams.  This candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering.
- 5-10 years experience in leading teams and developing automated manufacturing solutions. 
- Project Management/ Multiple projects
-  A drive to grow professionally.
