Job Description:

  • Direct engineering design for multiple active solar and BESS projects, from concept through IFC
  • Manage internal engineers and external consultants to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee technical meetings, including client/EoR reviews and cross-department coordination
  • Ensure compliance with current codes, standards, and permitting requirements
  • Lead onboarding and development of engineering team members
  • Implement best practices and continuously improve internal design processes
  • Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve field issues as needed
