Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Detective Controller for Sales Processes" to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

  • Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for sales processes (called : Detective controls) for thermo technology business unit.

Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are:

  • Quality check of base process based on audit documentation.
  • Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions.
  • Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customer.
  • Propose improvements for the process of detective controls.
  • Reporting of KPI's.
Qualifications
  • University degree (studies in economic, financial or accounting field) or corresponding work experience instead.
  • Fluent in oral/written French and B2 English is a must.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel).
  • Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility.
  • Good ability to communicate and to work in a team.
  • Likes to work with processes and procedures.
  • General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP is a plus.
  • General knowledge of financial processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Accounts Receivables or Billings is a plus.
