Provide floor walk support to assist end users during desktop migration.

Strong desktop support experience - Windows platform - XP, Windows 7 & 8.1 and Office 2013

10 -15 years of EUC desktop support experience - Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Windows 7 & Windows 8.1, MS office 2013 applications, Windows based applications, network configuration, TCP/IP,SQL and memory management

Strong listening skills, analytical and problem solving skills Assist users with configuring Email in smart phones

Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users

Network printer installation/configuration

Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network
