The Springs in Happy Valley is hiring a Part-time Overnight Concierge position.
ย 
Positions Available:
- Part-time Overnight Shift: Friday and Saturday from 10:00PM - 6:30AM
ย 
We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
ย 
Responsibilities of Overnight Concierge include:ย 
  • Greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and compassion
  • Provide helpful assistance for residents with items such as troubleshooting tv's, phones, laptops, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping tasks
  • Respond to resident needs with care, kindness, and efficiency
  • Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
  • Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, managing room reservations, responding to emails
  • Answering resident questions
  • Monitoring security cameras
  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
  • Delivering packages and newspapers
  • Assisting other departments as needed
Qualifications:ย 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
  • Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to solve practical problems
