Contract IT Service Desk Support Technician
Location: Mobile, AL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

Join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment supporting a major workstation refresh and end-user technology deployment initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, desktop deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems

  • Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration

  • Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems

  • Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals

  • Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity

  • Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management

  • Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow

  • Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment

  • Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support
