Job Summary:
Altera Digital Health APAC is seeking an IT Associate Desktop Support Analyst to play a critical frontline role in ensuring the smooth functionality of the organization's technology environment. The analyst will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the IT team to enhance overall service delivery.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Gather detailed information from end users about reported issue.
โ€ข Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting steps based on the information provided.
โ€ข Oversee timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
โ€ข Analyze trends in reported issues to identify and address common problems
โ€ข Escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams for resolution.
โ€ข Ensure & enforce best practices.
โ€ข Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure the fastest and most efficient resolution to critical problems.
โ€ข Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base to assist in incident resolution
โ€ข Document all actions taken and update the ticket with the status and resolution.
โ€ข Monitor the help desk ticketing system for new support requests.
