Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Job Technician to provide on-site technology support for employees and project personnel within a fast-paced project environment. This individual will serve as the front-line technology resource supporting end users, workstations, mobile devices, connectivity, and office technology needs while delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with end users, and supporting a dynamic team environment. This role requires a strong customer-service mindset, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating closely with remote IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site desktop and end-user technology support for project personnel and office staff.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
  • Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, workstation setup, account access, and technology orientation.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices, and common business software.
  • Coordinate with centralized IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Support office build-outs, workstation moves, conference room technology, and hardware deployments.
  • Manage inventory, tracking, shipping, and deployment of IT equipment.
  • Support badge provisioning, access requests, and related technology onboarding activities.
  • Perform routine system checks and technology readiness reviews.
  • Document support requests, troubleshooting efforts, and resolutions in the ticketing platform.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and white-glove support experience to end users.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk support, field services, or technical support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
