Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Kansas City, MO 64161 / Chino, CA 91708 / Las Colinas, TX

Job Description:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
  • Handle user account management, password resets, and access permissions using Active Directory.
  • Install and update applications, antivirus software, and security patches.
  • Diagnose and resolve LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN issues.
  • Support email configuration and troubleshooting for Outlook or other mail clients.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Provide remote desktop support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
  • Coordinate with network, server, and security teams for complex technical issues.
