Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Imaging laptops and tablets
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks such as receiving equipment, inventory management, and IT storage cleanup
  • Following direction from the IT Support Supervisor in executing day-to-day responsibilities
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service for end users (both technical and soft skills)
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
  • Documenting all incoming issues and routing them to the correct support teams

Schedule:

  • Standard 8hr Shift range between 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with possible overtime based on business needs
  • Occasional evening shifts may be required with advance notice

Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 1–2 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Call center/phone support experience is a plus

Location: Onsite in Diamond Bar, Monday through Friday
