Job Summary
  • Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure.
  • Support trading and market data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters Fidessa and OMS/EMS applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to trading applications market data feeds desktops laptops and multi-monitor workstations.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to traders in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with application network infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution.
  • Perform software installations upgrades user access management and hardware deployments.
  • Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes.
  • Experience supporting Bloomberg Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters and trading floor technologies.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Strong Windows/Mac devices support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Citrix Microsoft 365 and basic networking (TCP/IP DNS).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Remedy etc.).
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-8 years in Trader Support Front Office Support or Financial Services IT Support.
  • Experience in supporting Investment Banking Capital Markets Asset Management or Brokerage environments.

Compensation: We are offering between $63,000-$73,000. Applications will be accepted until Aug 27, 2026.
