Title: Desktop Support Analyst-Lab
Location: Wilmington, DE 19803
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Experience: Less than 10 years

SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES

  • Provide technical Desktop Support for R&D Business & IT teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Technical incidents relative to Level 1 and Level 2 needs across

software, and integrated platforms inclusive of Lab and core IT environments.

  • Provide overall L2 technical support for environments consisting of, but not limited to:
    • Windows and Linux OS
    • Win10 / 365 Exchange
    • 3rd party devices and lab equipment
  • All other duties as assigned by Leadership / management
