Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: ALPHARETTA, GA
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
  • Windows Desktop General Engineering? Experience with Assistive Technology Software and Hardware Products (Screen Readers, Screen Magnification, Speech Recognition)
  • Liaison with Vendors to Manage Product Lifecycles and resolve escalated application issues related to Assistive Technology Products
  • Create automation scripts (using PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
  • Evaluate Desktop Products and Tools and provide solutions to support integration initiatives
  • Creation of test case scenarios based on environmental considerations (Supported hardware models, Application profiles)? Creation and maintenance of Application Support Documentation
  • Digital : Windows Virtual Desktop, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
