Front Desk Coordinator

Our ideal candidate for the Front Desk Coordinator Position will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with the dentist and staff and promote teamwork through demonstrated behaviors while delivering exemplary patient care.

Responsibilities: The Front Desk Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service, Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns, Scheduling appointments, Checking patients in and out, Collecting co-payments, Presenting treatment plans.

Skills: Dental Front Office experience required, Working Knowledge of dental insurance, experience presenting treatment plans, Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

This position is Full-Time and in person. Monday through Thursday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
