Job description

Front Desk Assistant

Community Group Inc, an Associa company, is hiring a full time Front Desk Assistant to support its corporate office in Williamsburg, VA.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk and clerical tasks.
  • Meet and greet everyone as they walk in.
  • Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Type and format correspondence.
  • Mass email communication to homeowners using the internal website.
  • Enter and update community and homeowner information in the system.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Scan, file, and print documents.
  • Assist in preparing invoices.
  • Other duties as requested.

Hourly pay rate: $18-$20.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • 1+ year of office support, clerical, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Customer service focused and team oriented.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with timely follow-up skill.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
