Job Description
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors .
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, assisting with member services, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Hours 8am-4pm Flexible days / Saturdays a must
Salary :$22 per hour to start
Location: Treasure Island
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Check members and guests in and verify memberships or reservations.
  • Provide information about club amenities, events, policies, and services.
  • Manage guest passes and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Handle reservations for club facilities, events, and activities.
  • Process payments, membership fees, and other transactions as needed.
  • Maintain front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with club staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Address member or guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support club events by assisting with check-in and guest coordination.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in hospitality, country club, or resort environments.
  • Cash handling and payment processing experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Work Environment:
