No clearance required Skills and Knowledge: • Thorough knowledge and understanding of housing and community development issues, and public policies and programs to address them; extensive experience in conducting research and policy analysis related to housing and community development issues and related demographic and economic conditions and trends. • Thorough knowledge of housing, demographic, and economic data sources and housing and community development research; extensive experience and skill in interpreting the meaning and relevance of data and research to the policy issues under consideration by managerial decision-makers. • Strong writing and graphic presentation skills; ability to convey complex information succinctly and clearly. Capacity to develop dashboards in either PowerBI or Tableau. • Experience in development and use of MS Access and Excel databases; experience in developing MS PowerPoint presentations. • Understanding of GIS database development and use in analyzing housing and community development conditions and trends, along with experience in the development and use of GIS databases to conduct demographic and housing research and interpret findings to managerial decision-makers is preferred. Additional details: • Hybrid working out of our HQ office (3 days in office, 2 days remotely) • 1 year assignment
