About the Role

The Portfolio Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in powering our clients' portfolio-related needs. You will manage financial data and deliver accurate, timely reporting for high-net-worth individuals and their families - collaborating closely with data and client service team members to ensure every report reflects a complete and precise picture of each client's financial position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection, setup, and maintenance of client account information within our reporting platform (Addepar)
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - including performance reports, net worth statements, liquidity reports, and other custom reports
  • Manage private investments through Arch to confirm alternative investment data is accurately reflected in our systems
  • Partner with clients' investment managers to verify all transactions and statements are accurately reflected in performance reports
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by clients or internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain Excel models and macros to support reporting workflows
  • Educate and train other analysts on our reporting platform
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all client information and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within a family office or similar environment
  • Experience working in a client-facing or high-net-worth client environment
  • Experience with Addepar or other portfolio reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with Arch or similar private investment tracking platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with alternative investments and other traditional investment vehicles
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
