Job Title: Program/ Portfolio Reporting Analyst Hybrid - 3 days/week in office Contract Length: 6+ Month contract Location: CHARLOTTE NC 28277 Job ref# 244983 Job Summary The Program/Portfolio Reporting Analyst enables transparency and informed decision-making across large, multi-workstream programs. This role builds enterprise-grade reporting, delivers executive-ready insights, and supports governance routines and operating models across business and technology partners. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reporting frameworks covering milestones, delivery progress, financials, risks, and dependencies

Design dashboards and analytical summaries that integrate delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and value-realization indicators. Translate complex program data into clear executive-level insights (status, health assessments, forecasts, scenarios). Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with governance standards.

Program Governance & Operating Model Support Support governance routines (steering committees, operational reviews, dependency forums, risk escalation). Maintain standard templates, portfolio taxonomies, intake artifacts, and prioritization tools. Promote consistent adoption of delivery lifecycle standards and change expectations across workstreams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with business sponsors, product owners, engineering leaders, process teams, and analytics partners to validate inputs. Facilitate alignment across workstreams, capturing and communicating risks, blockers, and interdependencies. Produce clear, concise communications for senior leaders and program executives.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management Track portfolio-level risks/issues with clear categorization, mitigation plans, owners, and timelines. Identify cross-initiative dependencies and escalate items requiring leadership attention. Present risk/issue themes using structured, data-driven narratives.

Value Realization & Strategic Insight Support assessment of value delivered (efficiency gains, cost reduction, capacity creation, experience improvements). Create scenario analyses and forward-looking insights for strategic planning. Contribute to reporting that connects delivery performance to long-term transformation goals.

Tools, Data, and Reporting Enablement Use reporting/analytics platforms to automate and scale reporting processes. Collaborate with technology teams to improve telemetry, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities. Maintain metadata consistency, portfolio lineage, and standard reporting practices.

Required Qualifications 5+ years in program reporting, portfolio analytics, PMO reporting, business analysis, or closely related work. Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and synthesize insights for operational and executive audiences. Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (dashboards, executive summaries, analytical reporting).

Experience supporting large, multi-team initiatives or transformation programs. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distil complex information into clear actions. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting operational, digital, AI-driven, or automation-focused transformations.

Familiarity with enterprise governance structures, PMO methods, and portfolio frameworks. Background in analytics, process engineering, or data-driven continuous improvement. Comfort collaborating with senior leaders on prioritization and strategic decisions.

Demonstrated success building scalable reporting frameworks that improve transparency and decision quality.
